If I was going to try to do this....
I'd use Mif2Go (omsys.com) to export to .rtf and then open the .rtf in PPT to see what needs tweaking.

And if I had to do it, I'd look into PDF to powerpoint converters. A very quick Google search turned up these:
I expect there's plenty more out there, and it'd be worth checking out what the free Ghostscript can do too. I've never had to do this, so have no idea what kind of quality you get.
